Requirements:

LPN for one location, and total of 8 patients.  1st shift, Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm

Job Description:

LPN

1st shift, Monday – Friday, 7am – 4pm

Only 8 patients

Responsibilities:  Managing the medical care of eight patients, to include progress notes, nursing notes, assessment of consumer health, and the administration of Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) medications.

Requirements:  Licensed as a SC Practical Nurse verification.  1-year experience as a Practical Nurse, preferably experience in working with persons with disabilities.

Work Schedule:  1st shift, primarily 7am-4pm, Monday – Friday.

Wage:  $20.00/hour and State Health benefits package.
