Clear Skye Treatment Center, an opiate addiction treatment center, located in Clinton, SC is seeking a Permanent Part-time highly dependable LPN.

Duties may include drawing blood, administering Tb tests, collecting urine drug screen specimens, assisting with physical examinations, patient intakes, evaluating patients for medication adjustments, coordinating patient care, verification of prescriptions, participating in treatment team meetings, patient and community education, outreach, direct patient care, and other duties as may be assigned by the director. 

 

Schedule:
25-30 hrs/wk. Mandatory schedule is Monday through Friday 5 a.m. til 10:30 a.m. and Saturdays from 7 a.m. til 8 a.m.
