Job Description:

Charge nurse for long term care facility

Schedule:
Full time 2nd shift Monday - Friday (8 hour shifts).
Part time 1st and 2nd shift every other weekend and one day per week.
Weekend premium Saturday and Sunday (12 hour shifts) days or nights available.
