Lube Technician

• Perform routine maintenance services including:
• Oil and filter changes
• Tire rotations
• Multi-point vehicle inspections
• Fluid level checks and top-offs
• Air and cabin filter replacements
• Inspect vehicles for signs of wear or potential mechanical concerns and report findings to Service Advisors or senior technicians.
• Assist with diagnosing and troubleshooting minor vehicle issues.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Work efficiently with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with customers when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all manufacturer guidelines and dealership safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous automotive or lube technician experience is a plus, but not required.
• Training is available for motivated candidates with a strong desire to learn.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in automotive repair.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
