Job Description:

Machine Operator will be responsible to manage and meet the production schedule, make data driven decisions, use voice through council participation, use knowledge to improve processes and own business metrics. In this role, you will:
- Perform set-ups, tool changes, offsets, and run production on various CNC and non-CNC machines
- Be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities to include reduction of setup times and improvement in quality and throughput utilizing Lean Manufacturing techniques
- Perform precision work to exacting tolerances and dimensions
- Be able to load, align, and set up machine per drawing instructions and maintain quality production records
- Be able to work from layouts and dimensions on drawings and read manual gauges
- Be able to perform computer literacy for Statistical Process Control and CNC controls
