High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Basic mechanical skills and ability to follow technical instructions.
Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
Operate pullover machines used to manufacture fiberglass hoses and Head AC Thermaflex products.
Load raw materials such as fiberglass sleeves and other components into the machine.
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure proper production output.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Measure and cut materials according to production requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety and company policies.
Report any machine malfunctions, defects, or production issues to the supervisor.
Perform routine machine maintenance and assist with troubleshooting when necessary.
Follow all safety procedures when handling fiberglass materials and operating machinery.
Meet daily production goals and maintain efficiency during the manufacturing process.
