Requirements:

High school diploma or GED and 1 year experience in building maintenance or building repair, Social Security Card and SC driver’s license verifications, completion of all required training classes, and good oral /written communication skills.  Preferred skills include HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.

Job Description:

Perform assigned tasks to ensure that the consumers of Laurens County DSN Board live in a safe environment.  Repair, build and install items, which have been requested through work order forms that have been submitted to the maintenance department.

Schedule:
Primarily 1st shift, 6:30am – 4:30pm. (4 days during the week, 10 hour shifts.) Rotate on-call responsibilities 7 days per week.
