Job Description:

 

  • Develop and keeps a set of Key performance indicators to follow up on assets availability, efficiency, performance and maintenance spend.
  • Complying with all corporate policies and the Occupational Safety and health administration rules (OSHA) while carrying out maintenance functions.
  • Defines the procedures, standards and frequency for conducting regular inspections, cleaning and basic maintenance to be executed by asset users.
  • Defines the procedures, standards and frequency for conducting preventive maintenance to be executed by the maintenance department.
  • Leads the maintenance team by evaluating the performance of subordinates.
  • Create detailed development plan for employees for technical related areas.
  • Defines and track the maintenance budget and continually develops new practices to ensure the highest level of compliance.
  • Prioritizes the maintenance and repairs of company equipment and parts.
  • Maintains accurate inventory of critical maintenance parts.
  • Keeping a record of all maintenance and service activities undertaken in the farm.
  • Placing orders for spare parts and equipment’s for replacement and ascertaining the proper documentation of the same.
  • Synchronizing work processes with other departments of the farm.
  • Recruiting maintenance personnel.
  • Develop preventative maintenance scheduling system and insure all assets are serviced at most appropriate interval.
  • Develop expertise with major systems to assist in troubleshooting and vendor communication and repair.
