- Develop and keeps a set of Key performance indicators to follow up on assets availability, efficiency, performance and maintenance spend.
- Complying with all corporate policies and the Occupational Safety and health administration rules (OSHA) while carrying out maintenance functions.
- Defines the procedures, standards and frequency for conducting regular inspections, cleaning and basic maintenance to be executed by asset users.
- Defines the procedures, standards and frequency for conducting preventive maintenance to be executed by the maintenance department.
