Requirements:

A.S. Degree required such as Electrical/Electronics Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Industrial Electronic Technology or comparable content degree program. Must be willing and available to work any shift. Minimum of 5-years consecutive full time experience in industrial machine tool maintenance including electrical, electronic/mechanical troubleshooting and repairs, no equivalency. Must possess skills to successfully interpret drawings, blue prints, planning, and general methods.

Job Description:

Perform simple to very complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs on a variety of production machinery/equipment in a gas turbine manufacturing facility. Will have ownership of compliance, safety, quality, and productivity in position of responsibilities, including participation in continuous improvement projects. Duties and job functions include troubleshooting, repairing, servicing, installing/uninstalling, moving, and leveling a variety of production machinery/equipment. Troubleshoot equipment using programmable controls and computer numerical controls. Work on a variety of machines systems including conventional electronics, discreet control systems, direct current drives, servo systems, numerical control technologies, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Duties also require operation of various material-moving equipment (forklifts, jib/gantry cranes, etc.) and use of a wide variety of associated shop equipment and tooling.
