Emerald Housing Management is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician at our Hallmark at Greenwood Apartment Homes.
Responsibilities: (1) Daily repair and upkeep of the property, (2) Preparation of vacant units, (3) Keeping accurate inventory of supplies, (4) Availability to work on an on-call basis, and (5) Operate within OSHA standards and company policies.
