Requirements:

Associate Degree in a technical field (Mechatronics preferred) or equivalent verifiable work experience; Journeyman Electrician, Master Electrician, or SC Electrical preferred; must be able to read, interpret, understand and follow work, safety and process instructions; must be able to safely drive forklift and be able to obtain a current valid license; must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds; must be detailed oriented and computer literate; must have demonstrated acceptable performance in current position to be considered, i.e., attendance, etc; Proficient in Arc Flash systems; Understand and Create Technical Documents & Equipment Manuals; Set-up, install and troubleshoot temperature & SCR Controllers and Chart Recorders; Size, bend, and install conduit; Size and install wiring; Layout and wire control panels; Troubleshoot AC/DC circuits up to 480 volts; Program, install, and troubleshoot Control Logix PLCs; Perform basic Robotics Programming & Troubleshooting

Job Description:

The primary purpose of this position is to safely perform preventative, predictive, and routine maintenance. Duties may involve electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting and repair, start-up and inspection of equipment, PLC programming and troubleshooting, and basic robotic programming and troubleshooting. Requires prior experience in lubrication systems, hydraulic pumps and valves, and basic power transmission utilizing gears, gear trains, brakes and clutches. Will troubleshoot breakdowns and perform assigned project work for all company equipment/facilities. May perform a variety of other duties as identified by management.

Schedule:
10 hour shift rotating days to nights every two weeks
