Wages/Salary: $ 18 - $ 20 per hour DOE
? Minimum of 3 years experience in a maintenance role. Full competence in the maintenance of machinery and facilities required.
? Minimum High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Associate degree preferred.
? Two year degree in relevant quality, engineering, electronics or other comparable professional training and certification is a plus.
? Understand Operation department machinery such as FCM?s, TAL?s, RF testers, slitting, rewinding, inspection, and core cutter, etc.
? Troubleshoot electro-mechanical problems, install and perform unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance on equipment (roll to roll presses, for example) based on customer demand or need.
? Analyses of problems or situations pertaining to breakdowns of customer equipment and recommends actions necessary to correct situation.
? Have professional demeanor, promote goodwill between company and customer by providing a superior level of service. Performs necessary repairs to correct situations in a professional and productive manner.
? Performs scheduled maintenance on equipment according to company's Scheduled Maintenance policy and procedure. Maintains parts and supplies inventory in service van and other duties as assigned. Will be reqired to stand,climb or balance stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl. Must be able to lift and or move up to 25 pounds; frequently lift and or move up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift and or move more than 100 pounds
