Wages/Salary: $33,494 – $45,000 annually
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field, with at least 2 years of experience in marketing, communications and promotions. Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics. Preferred Requirements: Experience in higher education marketing and communications, or similarly complex organization. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Marketing, creative development, brand management, and messaging strategy experience. Fiscal responsibility, particularly budget management, commensurate with executing integrated marketing communications plans. Experience with use of social media and digital marketing in a professional/commercial capacity. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Strong research and analytical skills.
Reporting to the Assistant VP of University Relations and Publications, the Marketing and Brand Strategist will oversee development and implementation of Lander University’s marketing strategy for undergraduate, graduate and online programs, providing vision, leadership and creative direction to advance recruitment, engage audiences and support the University’s brand and reputation.
Position Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
