High school graduate with vocational/technical training in Accounting preferred, and two to four months of experience as a bookkeeper, cashier, bank teller or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
Under direct supervision performs money collecting, counting, verifying and auditing duties. Collects receipts and tokens from various revenue producing operations. Counts and verifies receipts, balances receipts to controls. Completes daily reports and deposits. Counts and inventories tokens, stocks tokens in machine, and services change machines. Counts, verifies, and audits receipts and daily reports from ticket booths. Counts and verifies all change funds and restores them to their appropriate denominations. Reports to the Controller.
