Requirements:

Minimum and Additional Requirements

Faculty teaching associate degree courses designed for transfer to baccalaureate degree: doctor's or master’s degree in teaching discipline, Nursing, or master’s with concentration in teaching discipline (min. 18 graduate semester hrs. in teaching discipline, Nursing) from a regionally accredited school. Hold unencumbered active license as RN in SC and have two years clinical experience as an RN. 

Preferred Qualifications

Prefer two years teaching experience at a technical/community college or vocational school level. 

Job Description:

To provide nursing instruction, instructional development, assessment functions to include program learning outcomes and student learning outcomes, student recruitment, enrollment and registration, student advising, and retention efforts for the nursing program in addition, focus is on didactic, laboratory and clinical activities required to implement and carry-on the nursing curriculum.
