Requirements:

Minimum and Additional Requirements

Faculty teaching associate degree courses designed for transfer to baccalaureate degree: doctor's or master’s degree in teaching discipline, Nursing, or master’s with concentration in teaching discipline (min. 18 graduate semester hrs. in teaching discipline, Nursing) from regionally accredited school. Hold unencumbered active license as RN in SC & have two years clinical experience as an RN. Prefer 2 years teaching experience at technical/community college or vocational school level.

Job Description:

To provide nursing instruction, instructional development, and assessment functions to include program learning outcomes and student learning outcomes, student recruitment, enrollment and registration, student advising, and retention efforts for the Nursing program. Focus is on didactic, laboratory and clinical activities required to implement and carry-on the Nursing curriculum.
