Qualifications

  • Knowledge of warehouse systems to include MAPICS and Oracle
  • Knowledge of basic inventory and purchasing functions
  • Knowledge of contract work orders/OSP(Outside Processed Orders)
  • Adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) in effect assuring the quality and quantity of product produced is required
  • Ensure job specific safety procedures are established and followed
  • Maintain awareness and enforcement of health and safety practices and activities
  • Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent required, 2 year degree in related field preferred
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office Applications(Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations

Job Description:

Overview

We are looking for OSP Coordinators to join our team at our Anderson, South Carolina location. Under the direct supervision of (TBD), this position is responsible for ensuring OSP orders are processed, monitored, received, and maintained in MAPICS and Oracle. This is a 2nd shift position 4p-12a.

Responsibilities

  • Receive consigned components from suppliers into MAPICS and Oracle
  • Receive components from Inter-Org transfers
  • Enter TRO transfer orders of finished product to destination Distribution Centers in Oracle
  • Perform reconciliation process to close completed orders
  • Review open orders, Mapics vs Oracle
  • Constantly ensure all OSP Inventory locations in Oracle are 100% accurate at all times, and match 100% to the equivalent MAPICS locations
  • Work with Customer Service and Planning to track orders and prioritize Packaging
  • Ensure on-hand inventory at all OSP’s are reviewed monthly before month-end close and report discrepancies to finance as required
  • Train new employees when necessary
  • Complete other tasks as assigned
