Job Description:

The Outreach Coordinator will provide supportive housing for those domestic violence victims experiencing homelessness. Develop programs, connect client with community resources, and formulate case plans that promote moving towards self-sufficiency. Will work to access incoming program participants, provide them with immediate services, build goal plans, and follow-up with program participant. Ensure the safety of all the residents by implementing and monitoring program guidelines.
