NaturChem’s internship program is a 10-week summer program held at one of our southeastern offices including the Corporate headquarters in Lexington, SC. This internship will focus primarily on business operations, technical training and leading employees. Interns will train in various operations within NaturChem, Inc. core business to include Operations, Sales, and Safety. NaturChem has developed this program to be hands on and not a desktop/office training program. This may include outside work conditions, working in outdoor elements and other unique situations. Shared housing is provided.
NaturChem is looking for future managerial leaders for our growing company. Opportunities may include Project Managers, Operations Managers and General Managers. Trainees will learn all areas of our business including our core markets, equipment, sales, safety, management and our culture. Qualified applicants will receive consideration for full-time employment after graduation.
NaturChem’s Internship program will consist of technical training giving you valuable work experience for the future. After onboarding, new hire orientation, and safety training, interns will focus on some of our core markets including; Industrial Weed Control, Turfgrass Management, ECO Services including Stormwater compliance, Roadside Vegetation Control and Heavy Mulching. Interns will also get an understanding of our services sales and our managerial processes including scheduling, budgeting, financials and team development. A final review between employer and intern will give us valuable feedback and discussions for the future.
