To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of industrial experience with electrical panel building
- Ability to read electrical schematics and layouts
- Basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

- Closely follow electrical schematics and layouts
- Conduct panel testing and troubleshooting
