MINIMUM AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma and four years' experience in information technology, electronics technology systems, or other related areas. A bachelor's degree in a related field may be substituted for the required experience.
Some college education and two years' experience with end user technical support, Windows 8.1/10 in an enterprise environment, familiarity with general networking concepts. Must be able to give multiple examples of multitasking skills, prioritization skills, and maintaining a tight schedule. Must be organized and provide customer service with excellence
Provide end users support, imaging/upgrading/swapping computers, maintaining, and completing assigned work orders. Must give attention to details, willingness to get the job done correctly. Must have the ability to perform duties with minimum supervision. Must have a willingness to continually learn new technologies. Must efficiently maintain and keep detailed notes within his/her work orders daily. Maintain and continually update operating systems and software on multiple computers. Manage and maintain multiple student labs. Setup and support technologies for multiple end users and classrooms.
