The Patient Care Aid provides compassionate, dependable, and high-quality personal care and assistance to clients in their homes. This position supports clients with actives of daily living (ADLs), promotes independence, maintains client dignity, and helps ensure a safe and comfortable home environment.
In addition to providing direct care, the Patient Care Assistant serves as a resource and role model for other personal care aides and helps maintain the quality and consistency of services provided by the agency.
