Wages/Salary: $15.13 - $18.00/hour (hiring range commensurate with experience)
Education and Experience: Associate Degree in Computer Technology, Telecommunications Technology or related field and two years of PC/LAN technology work or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities. Responsibilities: Under general supervision, the PC/LAN Technician performs routine support services for networked desktop PC’S and peripherals including installation, troubleshooting, maintenance/repair, upgrades, and user assistance. The PC/LAN Technician also assists with networking infrastructure and maintenance while working with senior IT staff and 3rd party partners. This position reports to the Information Technology Manager but will work closely with other IT team members to properly plan, execute, and record issue resolutions and project tasks progression.
