Requirements:

High School Diploma or (GED) plus 3-years supervisory experience. Some post-high school or technical school a plus.  Demonstrable leadership and people skills. Thorough understanding of workflow and how to control. Ability to use Microsoft Office products (mainly Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good written and verbal communication skills. Good organizational skills. Ability to work well with customers, vendors, and all levels of the organization.

 

Job Description:

The Plating Production Supervisor supervises and coordinates activities of employees engaged Job Shop and Automatic Plating Lines to process parts in a safe, efficient and timely manner according to customer expectations for delivery and quality. Instruct, motivate, lead, schedule, discipline and follow job assignments of all hourly employees in the department. 

Schedule:
First shift hours, Monday through Friday, with some off shift and weekend flexibility for business need.
