The Ideal candidate will have good organizational skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience in problem solving in a team environment.
Experience in SolidWorks, Microsoft Excel, and MRP/ERP operating systems are preferred as well as a background in millwork and cabinet construction, and design.
Work closely with Designers to ensure production drawings reflect customer critical requirements.
Provides complete, detailed and accurate drawings to manufacturing operations.
Prepares production information (i.e. drawings, cut lists, BOM) providing the necessary information for programming, machining and assembly operations.
Provides detailed drawings for use in purchasing outsourced product.
Maintains a library of standard design, drawings and specifications.
Works directly with shop floor personnel on issues and manufacturing concerns, ensuring continuous product and process improvements
Post production updates of first time builds
Engineering Change Requests (ECR processing)
