Requirements:

This position requires 3 + years of experience as a first level supervisor of hourly nonexempt employees within a single work group; This position requires a BA/BS degree;
Lean certifications are a plus.

Job Description:

Supervise 15-30 hourly employees; Review time cards for accuracy; Provide coaching and discipline actions when appropriate; Provide training on procedures, and other materials in their area; Conduct weekly production meetings with direct reports; Promote an ethics-based business culture, ensuring that all associates are aware of and fully comply with UTC?s "Code of Ethics," EHS and ACE

Schedule:
Rotating night shift position. 12hrs 6:30pm-6:30am
