StaffMasters is currently recruiting for a 2nd shift Production Team Lead in Newberry, SC. The most qualified candidates will be responsible for leading and assisting team with assembly & production while maintaining quality and performance standards.
Ensure all production records are done completely and accurately; serve as a liaison between team and production supervisor/manager; Assist in training of team members;
Reassign team members due to absences or production needs;
Assist in resolving conflicts within the team;
Assist in informing team of goals, results and company policies and procedures;
Maintain communication between shifts;
Assist with data collection and reporting;
Assist with resolving technical and quality issues;
Maintain time and attendance.
