StaffMasters is currently recruiting for a 2nd shift Production Team Lead in Newberry, SC.
The most qualified candidates will be responsible for leading and assisting team with assembly & production while maintaining quality and performance standards.
Ensures compliance with all safety and quality policies and procedures.
Ensures all production records are done completely and accurately.
Liaises between team and production supervisor/manager.
Assists in training of team members.
Reassigns team members due to absences or production needs.
Assists in resolving conflicts within the team.
Assists in informing team of goals, results and company policies and procedures.
Assists in maintaining communication between shifts.
Communicates with other teams and support departments as needed.
Assists with data collection and reporting.
Assists with resolving technical and quality issues.
Maintains time and attendance.
Ensures all work Stations stay full of components for building process.
