As a PMG Production Welder, you have the support of one of the nation’s leading suppliers of manufacturing labor solutions. Our projects offer some of the industry’s leading pay rates and guarantee you a minimum of 50 hours of work each week. Our positions usually require travel to a variety of locations throughout the country. PMG pays all travel and lodging expenses as well as a daily per diem. Details:

Location: Nationwide opportunities

Pay Rate/Salary: $20-24/hour, DOE

Hours Guarantee: 50 hours of work/week, time and a half OT after 40 hours

Per Diem: $45/day tax-free, paid in addition to wages for the coverage of expenses

Duration: 3 months – Upon completion of this project, PMG has additional opportunities to keep you working

Travel: Mileage reimbursement at $0.565/mile to and from the job site, flight options also available for select projects

Lodging: Hotel arranged, paid for and provided by PMG, Single Occupancy

 

Responsibilities:

Lay out, fit, tack and/or weld metal components/assemblies

MIG, TIG and/or Flux Core Welding, based upon project requirements

 

Requirements:

Previous welding experience and/or proven technical skills acquired through an accredited college 

Ability to read blueprints and weld drawings

Able to work in a fast-paced production setting or job-shop setting

Experience performing visual inspections on completed welds

Capable of performing careful and precise welding operations, held to high standards, tolerance and inspection processes 

Must be able to pass a background and drug screening

Must be able to provide professional references
