Job Description:

This position performs day to day quality control activities such as incoming inspection, in process audits, final test, and tests on samples. The position also assists electrical testers, the QA Manager, and customers during cable inspections. The position is responsible for the calibration of 576 pieces of various test equipment, certifying an average of 25 vendor test reports per month, and inspecting and processing an average of 4 customer returns /month. On average there is troubleshooting for 4 pieces of test equipment monthly. The position audits daily/weekly equipment audits for 39 team leaders and determines the proper Corrective Action for each. The position updates procedures as required and conducts the annual quality audit for the facility annually.

Schedule:
Normal schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. but required to work hours necessary to complete job responsibilities.
