Wages/Salary: This position will start off as a temporary assignment but can turn into a permanent position. The starting pay range is $13/hr.
The ability to read, write, and communicate in English in order to comprehend and follow written procedures. Proficient with Statistical Process Control (SPC), Microsoft Office, Knowledgeable with ISO, FDA and cGMP guidelines. Ability to read blue prints. Must be detailed oriented and comprehend the position quickly.
Education:
High School diploma or GED required. An Associate?s degree is preferred with emphasis in Quality Control.
Work Experience:
1-3 Years of work-related experience required.
Quality auditor provides total manufacturing quality inspection services including but not limited to: manufacturing inspection, quality inspection, quality control, sampling inspection, documentation and record keeping. Completes and maintains all documentation necessary to ensure conformity to specifications and traceability of records.
?Perform in-process dimensional and visual audits to ensure compliance to all dimensional specifications. Operate and maintain all dimensional inspection equipment. Must be able to accurately measure! Document, record, and file inspection results. Communicate inspection results to Production, Processing, and Tooling personnel.
?Perform start-up and restart verification of part performance to specifications of all molding machines and secondary operations. Assists shift employees with quality issues and/or measurement techniques.
?Take record of manufacturing deviations. Assist in the inspection of incoming materials. Complete and enter data into computer system.
?Contribute to continuous process improvement efforts to reduce production time, improve efficiency, and eliminate waste within the production environment.
