ZF Transmissions is looking for an Engineering Intern to work in our new transmissions facility in Laurens, SC.
The purpose of this position is to support Customer Quality in the activities related to projects including APQP activities, 8D System, database development and development of quality procedures.
Role expectations:
?Support Customer Quality engineer with day-to-day tasks and assigned ongoing projects.
?Participate in daily meetings that pertain to essential functions of the position (i.e. launch readiness, customer APQP, 8D meeting, etc.)
?Follow up on open issues, action items and issues tracking board
?Perform dock audits and assist in PPAP preparation, documentation
