Bachelor?s degree in human services or related field and two years experience in the field of Developmental Disabilities and Special Needs, or an acceptable combination of education and experience. At least one year of supervisory experience preferred.
Must possess a SC driver?s license with a good driving record.
Under limited supervision of the Director of Programs, assures that residential programs operate according to DDSN Standards, DHEC and other regulatory agencies. Supports people to achieve their highest level of independence and is responsible for supervising Direct Support Supervisors of the assigned houses.
