Job Description:

The Retail CSR position involves developing product knowledge in order to assist retail call-in customers place orders and follow through on the fulfillment process. The position requires an ability to learn quickly and excellent Customer Service skills.

Schedule:
a 5-6 hour shift Monday through Friday (between 8-5 PM).
