Merchandiser/Counselor:
Activities include building displays, setting and stocking product on shelves, cross merchandising, developing creative merchandising concepts and counseling consumers in regards to their lawn and garden questions. Requirements are: Valid driver?s license, valid auto insurance, reliable transportation and must be at least 18 years of age with or in pursuit of a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. and climb ladders.

Counselor:
The Counselor provides advice and counsel on lawn and garden care and educates our consumers and retail customers on the selection and use of Scotts products. Requirements are: Valid driver?s license, valid auto insurance, reliable transportation and must be at least 18 years of age with or in pursuit of a high school diploma or equivalent.

To qualify, you should:
 Have reliable transportation to/from your specified location
 Have reliable Internet access for time keeping purposes
 Valid drivers license
 18 years of age or older
 Be capable of standing for a prolonged period of time, climb a ladder and lift up to 60 lbs
 High School diploma or equivalent
 Be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
