Job Description:

Responsible for saving disconnects by implementing retention programs and educating customers on positive aspects of cable.Supervise Sales Retention Representatives and Retention Representatives. Implement retention programs in order to save customers.
Introduce and provide coaching of retention programs in customer care and technical departments. Supervise efforts of Retention Team in working non-pay disconnects field save efforts, call backs. Report on results including churn analysis, retention tracking & employee effectiveness. Perform other duties as requested by supervisor
