Sales Supervisor

The sales supervisor will train Sales Associates/CSR's and assist with leading and supervising the CSR team to: gain and maintain knowledge and understand all Northland products and services, communicate with and educate our customers reguarding Northland's services in a courteous, positive, informative and effective manner including providing product demonstrations, and treat each customer contact as an opportunity to promote and advance system goals thrugh the use of effective customer retention and sales techniques while meeting the needs of the customer.
