A high school diploma and one (1) year of experience in security or other related field; or an
approved acceptable equivalence in accordance with State Human Resources Regulations.
Experience with principles and practices of facility security.
Experience with Personal Computer.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with establishing and maintaining working relationships.
Oversees the security of the Headquarters Building, Headquarters Parking Garage, and SCDOT
parking areas in USC Discovery Garage. Manages the employee parking system. Manages
guard service contracts for the headquarters. Coordinates parking events with the University of
South Carolina and the Columbia Convention Center. Performs other related duties.
