High School Diploma or GED. Prior employment is helpful. Must have good hand/eye coordination and be at ease using a calculator, working with fractions/decimals, percentages and ratios. Also should be at ease with computers, specifically database. Applicant should be able to lift 25-pound bags of seed. Must be able to read accurately, following numeric sequences as well as step-by-step procedures. All functions require good attention span, neat work habits, and the ability to move around easily.
Packing of vegetable/flower seeds as well as picking and packing orders for shipping. May involve calibration and use of seed counting equipment.
