Wages/Salary: STATE SALARY RANGE: $30,274.00 - $56,015.00 Annually AGENCY HIRING RANGE - MIN: $33,906.00 AGENCY HIRING RANGE - MAX: $56,015.00
A high school diploma and six (6) years of progressively responsible field experience in geodetic
surveying or related area; or an approved acceptable equivalence in accordance with State
Human Resources Regulations.
A valid motor vehicle operator's license and personal computer experience.
Assists and conducts hot mix asphalt material and project inspections for the asphalt section. Provides technical assistance statewide to Resident Construction Engineers, Hot Mix Asphalt
Contractors, consultants, and Department personnel involved with asphalt paving. Conducts
roadway and asphalt plant inspections, inspection of laboratory equipment and laboratory
inspections. Lifts loads weighing up to seventy-five (75) pounds.
