Job Description:
This position is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the service parts warehouse
Role and Responsibilities
- Control and manage acceptable levels of inventory in service warehouse
- Supervise warehouse employees and oversee daily operations and enforce all company rules and regulations
- Work with vendors and customers for material purchasing
- Review BOM (Build of Material) for new models and work with purchasing for prices and service status
- Carry out responsibilities for the use of automated and computerized systems (SAP)
- Schedule deliveries and maintain KPI for service department
- Planning and executing service meetings with production and purchasing weekly
- Ensure on time deliveries and budget objectives are met
- Maintain stock and control of consumable inventory for warehouse
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management; job duties may change at any time with or without notice
