Requirements:

Individual must be mechanically inclined, willing to work as well as lead. Past a drug test and criminal background check. Outspoken but polite, willing to coach good work ethics/habits to current employees. Team player.

Job Description:

Leadership. Oversee the daily duties of approximately 20 employees. Be mechanically inclined. Able to work along with -  not just stand around and tell employees what they need to do.  Ability to comprehend simple math. Be able to give expectations effectively and to correct anyone not following their expectations. Work with office staff to schedule, load, unload, and prepare paperwork for shipments.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday 7AM -3:45PM, occasional Saturday 1/2 day
