Prefer Associates degree with previous experience in customer service and/or membership services in a nonprofit or zoo environment. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a very high standard for service and accuracy. Must be enthusiastic, a team player and possess thorough knowledge of current computer applications with above average typing skills. Must be able to handle multiple projects at one time. Must be able to assist with a few after-hours events, as needed. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (including but not limited to proficiencies in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook) preferred; prior experience in CENTAMAN and/or Raisers Edge a plus.

Responsibilities: Under general supervision, provides excellent service through professional and courteous communication with Riverbanks members, potential members and staff. Answers member and potential member inquiries via phone, mail and email using outstanding verbal and written communication. Processes memberships and donations by performing accurate data entry and fulfillment. Provides clerical and administrative support for membership and fundraising programs, maximizing the efficiency of membership office operations. Reports to Society Membership Supervisor.
