Wages/Salary: The position is a part-time, hourly position with varying hours typically scheduled 10 hours – 20 hours each week as needed. Pay will be based on training, experience and qualifications of the applicant. Pay range is $8.15 – $8.85 per hour
- First Aid/CPR/AED certified or ability to obtain certifications.
- High school diploma or GED supplemented by three (3) to six (6) months of related work experience in customer service and/or pool or water park experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience, which provides skills, knowledge and abilities.
- Must have valid SC Driver’s License – no exceptions.

The successful applicants will be responsible for, but not limited to, supporting splash pad operations and facility upkeep; responsible for opening/closing facility; accepting payments for entry to splash pad and supervising guests attending the splash pad; processes and ensures DHEC compliance with water analysis through log maintenance; Renders first aid/CPR, if required; performs a variety of skilled manual labor and general maintenance duties to include restroom cleaning, stocking of supplies, snack vending, facility cleaning, scheduling, customer service, and communications across diverse groups. Interacts and communicates with diverse groups and individuals within the City staff and the general public. Reports to the PRT Program Manager.
