Microsoft Windows troubleshooting and repair. Workstation hardware repair. Microsoft Office applications. A+ Certification is a plus. Basic networking proficiencies. Must be a good communicator since this person will represent our company directly to our customers. Phone skills are important for doing Remote Support. Troubleshooting and problem-solving is key. Work from home office and travel when needed to customer sites. Self accountability a must.
Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. May require an associate's degree in a related area and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
