Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Technical degree/trade certification or 1-2 years industrial maintenance experience.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Basic mechanical/electronic troubleshooting and ability to read service manuals.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to work independently and in teams.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including holidays/weekends.
Main Responsibilities:
• Equipment Maintenance & Repair: Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment used in manufacturing Personalized Photo products.
• Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance to improve equipment uptime and prevent breakdowns.
• Work Documentation: Complete work orders and related documentation accurately according to established procedures.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe work environment by following health, safety, and environmental regulations, including proper use of PPE.
• Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate with Production Management on repair priorities and communicate effectively across teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Promote an inclusive team atmosphere focused on continuous improvement and participation.
• Project Participation: Assist with new equipment installations and facility layout changes.
• Flexibility & Cross-Training: Adapt to different shifts, weekends, and holidays, and cross-train in other production areas as needed.
May work weekends and overtime if needed.
