REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

A high school diploma and three years’ experience in information technology, electronics technology systems, or other related areas.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies or related field, or Associate degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology or related field.

 

Job Description:

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:          

Work independently with faculty and staff on the College’s central campus to evaluate and resolve their software and/or hardware problems.  Setup, maintain, troubleshoot, support, modify all personal computer software, hardware, and peripherals including but not limited to desktop, laptop, and tablet PC’s, network printers, telephones, etc. as well as provide instruction and consultation.

Schedule:
HOURS: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday
with a 1 hour lunch and 8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. on Fridays
