Job Description:

In this challenging role, you will support the Facility Resources department at Greenville Technical College. This is a multi-skilled maintenance position responsible for performing maintenance activities from assigned work orders. Duties may include any or all of the following: -Must be able to bend, squat, reach, grasp, and lift objects -Must be able to climb and work from a ladder, scaffolds, lifts, and roofs at various heights -Repairs and performs PM's on HVAC equipment; change filters; lubricate motors; change belts -Make minor plumbing repairs; unclog drains, sinks, and toilets -Assist with campus renovations as needed; erect/demo walls, doors, ceilings, flooring, lighting, etc. -Participate in on-call rotation to respond to maintenance repairs and campus emergencies after regular business hours -Responsible for other duties as assigned by supervisor, Maintenance Director, or Facility Manager Greenville Technical College is one of the largest institutions of higher learning in South Carolina. 40 hrs/wk; Mon-Thurs 7am-4pm; Fri 7am-1pm
