Trains in the operation of loader, backhoe, and machinery in the construction, installation,maintenance, and repair of roadside shoulders, roadside and outfall ditches, driveways, pipeline,grading for positive drainage, specialty asphalt projects, and loading trucks with filled material.Trains in the operation of 5 yard and tandem dump trucks hauling equipment and materials to and from job sites. Responsible for normal daily operations including flagging, workzone setup and take down, follow vehicle driving, small power tool operation, tree removal. Performs other related duties as required for stand-by crew rotation, emergencies, snow-ice. Trains in equipment operation including plow, loader, or spreader, requiring right-of-way debris removal.
