MINIMUM AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
State:
A high school diploma and trade experience that is directly related to the area of employment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
A high school diploma and completion of a building construction or maintenance technical or trade course. Ten years' experience in diversified building construction or maintenance.

Plans, organizes and directs SCETV maintenance and crafts personnel in all aspects of agency building maintenance, renovation and remodeling programs. Develops and determines the most effective and cost efficient method of construction and renovation using only verbal or written descriptions of desired results. Includes structural, electrical, heating, and cooling, plumbing, finishing, roofing. etc. Coordinates with architects, engineers amd contractors in monitoring all contractual work being performed. Plans,organizes and directs custodial personnel and lawn maintenance personnel in all aspects of agencies custodial and lawn care program. Reviews and inspects services and maintenance performed by staff and contractual personnel. Monitors service by outside contractors and staff to ensure it is performed in a suitable manner.
